CUCKoO etc is an art gallery, design space and carefully curated store full of local artisan wares, art & craft supplies, wearables, and homewares. It’s also home to some of the most lusted after and desirable products from Australia and around the globe.
CUCKoO has been on the Tassie artisan scene for over 7 years now, beginning life as CUCKoO Artisan Market, held quarterly at Hobart’s ‘Shambles Brewery’ from 2016. It has grown, and evolved, but continues to champion quality artisan made wares, local crafts-people, good design, and the perfectly imperfect, colourful and whimsical style we’ve become known for.
We are modern and contemporary in style, with a warm & ‘old-fashioned’ approach to great service- we love a good yarn & to hear what you’ve been making, or the next project you’re dreaming up! Everything in-store is chosen because we love it and know our customers will too. We source art & craft supplies that we love to make with, and also have a range of great art & craft packs if you’re short on inspiration.
